Chris Craddock is a seasoned Realtor, real estate investor, and entrepreneur with over two decades of industry expertise since 2001. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Chris brings a values-driven, client-centric approach to the industry, drawing from his background in ministry. With a diverse portfolio encompassing nearly $10 million in rental properties, he has successfully executed hundreds of transactions across multiple investment strategies and specializes in off-market deal-making and creative financing solutions for complex real estate situations.
In 2013, Chris founded The Redux Group, which has grown into one of the region's most successful real estate teams with over 75 realtors and over 500 five-star reviews. The team has completed over 3,000 transactions, achieved over $275 million in sales volume, and closed more than 540 deals in 2025 alone. Serving these areas: Northern VA, Richmond, Virginia Beach, MD, Washington DC, DE, and Philadelphia Metro, The Redux Group specializes in flexible seller solutions, including competitive cash offers and an innovative "hybrid program," while excelling at finding off-market properties through their extensive investor network.
